Moshesh Reid
Visionary Founder
Moshesh Reid is the founder of LearnAnyJob.com, a work experience platform dedicated to advancing hands-on vocational learning. With over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, including an apprenticeship at British Telecom, Moshesh observed first-hand the growing demand among employers for candidates with practical experience and strong soft-skills, attributes often underemphasised in traditional, theory-based education.
LearnAnyJob.com entered into a partnership with Oakswood Group & ACELLR, to provide soft-skills and emotional literacy training to jobless candidates e.g. NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Together, they help candidates overcome barriers to meaningful employment and unlock their long-term career potential.
Throughout his career, Moshesh recognised the challenge of keeping professional qualifications relevant without ongoing, real-world experience. This insight inspired the creation of LearnAnyJob.com, a platform that connects businesses with individuals seeking work experience, incentivising employers to advertise opportunities and helping to bridge the gap between education and employment.
